  • A lot more mellow than when I drank initially, almost like a German Riesling, still enough acidity to give it a good structure and finish, the green apple and pepper aromas have become more subtle, with light hints of pear and peach

  • Some ripe apple and pear aromas on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, rather refreshing acidity, showing unfocused yellow fruit with a slightly austere finish. This was quite bland for a GV. It is lacking that laser sharp focus and balance that I usually relate to GV. Drinkable but nothing special.
