  Lys gul farge (bildet lyver litt). Fersken, gul frukt, flint, våt stein og hint av petroleum på duft. Grønt eple, fersken, bakt sitron, mineralsk, sjø, noe flint, bra intensitet, sitter lenge, fin syre. Fremstår som ung og slankere, tåler nok mange år i kjelleren.

  Saturday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Relatively lean for an Emrich GG -- this seemed to feature more of the mineral density than anything else. It's not as fruit forward, and this very much has the same acid profile as a 2020 Mineral I had a few years ago on release. More potential than enjoyment right now for all the acid grip that this currently has.

  extremely tight and acidic at the moment .. austere and impressive but I'm going to wait a few years for my next bottle : )
