Drinking in the cold winter, the temperature of the wine is lower than the last time, it feels very refreshing. Black cherry, citrus. The taste is smooth and somewhat creamy. Smooth flavors of strawberry and vanilla. Refreshing and balanced finish.

The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $27. 57% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 3% Pinot Meunier. A bit dirty, even funky on the nose (a touch of sulfur). The palate is rather austere, almost on the verge of bitter with fruit a bit lacking. Still, Very Good. 89 Points.

Do not sabre, there is something off about the pressure or the glass (in my bottle at least).

The note below describes it well for us. Very enjoyable over three nights — and indeed, holding up very well over that time.

Served @ 6c/43f New Year's Eve to Toast the New Year.
Nice. Pale pink in the glass. Yeasty nose, fine bubbles, a little minerally on the taste and finish.
