Natural farming (Demeter), fermentation with native yeasts, aged 2 years in oak barrels, 14% vol.
Opened at noon to try a sip and enjoyed it at dinner with a fish plate. There are citrous notes but also sweet florals and a suggestion of hazelnut, the oak seems to be well integrated, on the palate it is on the lush side but with enough freshness and tension to not fail apart with food, long delicious finish.
(South) Burgundy style and similar to earlier vintages I had from this wine, important to give it enough air and to not serve it on ice, already very good with still some upside, 91-92+.
