  • Otro vino/añada que vuelvo a beber, este tras casi un año y medio. Elaborado con uvas Tempranillo de viñedos ubicados a 840m y 900m sobre el nivel del mar con crianza de 30 meses en barricas de roble de distintos orígenes. Alc. 14% vol. Se mantiene intenso y robusto, con taninos firmes pero que para nada molestan, madera sobria y buena armonía entre los elementos. Muy rico ahora, aunque quizás todavía lejos de su mejor momento. Bebido durante la cena en restaurante Le Chef Bistrô, Recife-PE.

  • Valduero Zoom Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
    Apearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
    Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of integrating roasted coconut oak, dark red plums, cinnamon spice, fragrant emerging earth with air. Developing.
    On the palate, dry, refreshing high acidity, medium+ alcohol, fine high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of creamy milky vanilla coconut oak integrating, cinnamon spice, dark red plums, savoury earthy undertones. Relatively long-medium+ finish.
    Very good quality. Supporting acidity is good although oaky. Few more years of integration and should be good. Good QPR.
