  Dry and light with slight mineraly taste. Different profile than other worldly Sav Blancs.

  Tasted with mr_mando. Nase sehr aromatisch, Grass, exotische Note, Limetten. Am Gaumen schöne Säure, Gras.

  Bachelor's night for YS: From magnum. Green, grassy note on the nose but in no way under-ripe. Good freshness on the palate with gooseberry and tropical fruit. Great value.

  Tried at Bacherhof in northern Italy. Modern style. Intense nose. Exotic fruit, a bit of cat‘s urin. After one day more on the grassy side. Fresh acidity. Little phenolic sensation. Interesting and modern. Would like to know if all the farmers of the cooperative do not use herbicides as promised on the homepage. Good.
