  Great way to start a tasting at the restaurant- and last tasting of the trip. In all, 8 wines tasted including the Champ. I have not had this producer previously but came away a buyer.
  
  This is a nice step up from the first two wine flight. Good acidity & minerality, yellow and white fruit, long finish, can drink now or hold for a few. Even for a 2017 it came off a bit more fruit/round than the '18 PM served alongside it. Nice drink now/soon wine.
