  Colour: deep ruby
  Nose: pronounced intensity, secondary, youthful, clean. Blackcurrant, bramble, cassis, black plum. Plum jam. Plum fruit leather. Bergamot, tomato leaf, tomato. Cedar, sweet spice.
  Palate: medium tannins, medium(-) acidity, medium alcohol (14%), medium(+) bodied. Medium(+) intensity, medium(-) length finish. Blackcurrant, bramble, cassis, black plum. Plum jam. Plum fruit leather. Bergamot, tomato leaf, tomato. Cedar, sweet spice.
  Conclusions: good to very good. A bit shorter on the finish than is ideal, but otherwise delicious. Can drink now, but suitable for further ageing.
  Seal: DIAM5 cork.
  DAY 2: notes pretty much the same as yesterday, but has opened up a bit and seems longer on the palate than I remember from yesterday. I guess this will indeed improve with ageing. Would love to retaste this in five and maybe ten years time.
