  Shared this with my wine group at an Indian restaurant. Opened, but not decanted for about 45 minutes before pouring. This was delicate/restrained, (and I never use this word, but others in the group did), austere.

  I’m a really nice place and can’t imagine improving. Light blue fruit and soft tannins.

  Easy fare, excellent before and with dinner. Drink the first day. Light structure but good balance, casual drink just right for Spring / Summer. Tasty blue fruits, grenache forward.

  This drank well as a pop and pour. Normally I would have aged this a bit longer but this was the only thing I wanted to open with pizza. A good bistro style drink. Good fruit with a hint of funk. I’m curious what this would be like in 10 years but it would be foolish to wait and see.
