  Golden, clearly some age. What a nose, baked apple, pear, tarte tatin, cinnamon, baking spice, candied citrus, candied ginger. Could sniff this forever. Complex and rich like a Sauternes almost. Dense and juicy - lemon, ginger, an impression of sweetness but round and viscous. Moderate acidity so it doesn't feel cloying. Wow this is impressive.
  
  Unfortunately sort of fell apart the next day, clearly at the end of the line.
