  Paid too much at a restaurant for this so it's clouded my rating a bit but it also comes from that this is simply way too young and it couldn't get decanted.
  
  Both nose and palate was nothing but acidity and slight hint of red fruit for the first hour. It opened up more and had nice notes of raspberry, sour cherry, redcurrant, green strawberry and only a tiny bit of oak. Not much earthy notes or herbal things going on at this point.
  It really needs more time.
