Soft pressing. 20-25 days maceration at 28°C for 2/3 of the grapes. Up to 40/45 days maceration with submerged cap for the rest. Aged 24 months in large barrels plus at least 12 months in bottle. 15% Abv. 6500 bottles, 500 magnums, 50 3L. Background: Orlando Abrigo inherited the family's 3 ha in 1949 but produced the first bottle of estate Barbaresco only in 1973.
