Pale green color. Drank a pour from the wine pairings at Meritage. Lots of flinty minerality, notes of pear and subtle spice. Worked nicely with the Ahi/Foie ala Le Bernardin.

This was pale yellow-gold colored, light medium bodied, round, soft, nicely balanced with fresh notes of fruity citrus, pear, hints of pineapple and white pepper with a moderate spicy acidic finish.
