  Some pineapple and melon, in the buttery style common with less expensive Chardonnays from CA. Although this isn't my favorite style, it is well made and for someone not looking for something a little more austere, this should be enjoyable. And with money going to save the wetlands in Carneros with every purchase, I recommend it unequivocally.
