All honey nose, palate lemon honey good richness. Fine fizz at opening but mellowed after an hour. Good richness but a bit less sweet than many Spätleses. A charmer for sure.

Decanted 3 hours in the fridge. Smells of petroleum upon opening, but mellowed out after an hour. On the dryer side, but still a little sweet. Smooth, velvety melon/fruit flavors with just a touch of earthiness. Interesting wine.

Had to try one before laying down the rest of the case. A bit funky initially but then clean and precise. N: yellow plum, honey, vanilla, litchie, the powder you find om balloons. Orange blossom. P: as nose plus pear and fermenting apples. Incredibly balanced acidity. Looking forward to the next bottle…

Drank this very young, but wow is it good. A lot of reductive funk that needs to blow off, so make sure to give it some time.
Grapefruit peel, peach stone fruit, salty sea breeze air. Perfectly ripe crunchy white nectarine with grapefruit acid that balances it. Extremely delicious, complexity unfurls with some rosemary, smoke, saltiness.

gorgeous. delicious. but...
also not that expressive/impressive even after a few hours of air. <<<didn't get any off-notes when opened, but decanted a few hours before chilling.
maybe it's already shutting down since release?
ethereal pear/cherry and a good whiff of herbal/saline goodness.
acid is medium-low but the overall expression is great... great plus MEH. uber meh
high quality but not a rebuy for drinking now. maybe too whispery for my tastes
