WAY too much oak for my taste. I might as well have been chewing on a stave. Underneath all of that oak there may have been a decent chardonnay, with rounded fruit and good acidity. I let it sit corked in the fridge for 5 days. When I popped it open what do you think I got? OAK!!! What a shame.

This might have gone over the edge, but is still holding up fine. Fairly heavy, rich style. If you like that, this is quite nice.
