Opened and capped till next day….. Serious structured wine esp for a cab franc… Nose is deepest black red fruit..:cinnamon spice Tongue is lush fruit but tannic wrapped… A lot of potential here but needs time…. I think I should buy 6-8 bottles and lay a few away for 5-7 years.:. Good stuffing but is rough and tough now… enjoyable nonetheless..

Taster bottle. Ridiculously tannic on day 1. Had a taste, put the cork back in the bottle and tossed it in the fridge. Much better on day 2, with great quality fruit, but tannins are still really firm. There's plenty of potential in this wine, but it needs to be buried deep in the cellar for at least 5-7 years - maybe more!
