  • drunk from a pristine bottle, the ullage was 1cm. This was an excellent drink.

the color was an amber/ruby with scents of tea, baked apples, cinnamon and soft citrus wafting up from the glass. There is an inherent sweetness of the fruit that persists through crisp acidity and everything is smooth and fully integrated.

The fruit held up over the course of several hours - strawberries, raspberries and orange zest. There was a beautiful tension with the acidity...a yin and yang of harmony.
