  The 2019 Hazelfern Chardonnay is nothing short of amazing right now. With 28% new oak, the wine has a beautiful medium gold core and aromas of fresh mango, lemon mint, orange blossom and vanilla. The palate is generously rewarded with fresh lime, star fruit and green apple.
  
  The wine is round and has a velvety mouth feel. The tannins show up towards the end of the experience and make their presents felt. This is a wine that will be hard to keep your hands off if you are looking to age it a bit longer. It still has the bones to age further but damn, this is a great wine.
