  Pnp 10°C, blind tasting for my guests, virgin palate. nose a bit closed but shy lemonade, exotics and baby doll emerge. Mouth fizzy, mineral, with nice bitter form pomelo peal, shy exotics, low power, and finaly reduction notes. not the inacurate vinification that you expect for a Grand Cru, even if it is a complantation of riesling, pinot gris, gewurztraminer etc... Fifty euros. Let's give a second chance with decantation.
