  • Complex Beguiling and wonderful. Ever changing. Slightly cloudy (its a natural wine but in a good way)
Starts off with surprising reduction but then goes on voyage of evolution, white stone fruits, nuts, exotic notes, orange, almonds. Slightly tannic (some skin contact ?) and tremendous mouthfeel. Complexity defies my description.

  • [Holiday @ Sailhan] Found this bottle in the local wine shop, specialized in natural wines, didn’t know the producer. What a great surprise! A 100% Roussanne from the Provence, with great acidity (which is quite an achievement considering the climate and the grape variety). It’s deep golden in color with medium+ intensity on the nose with orange peel, tropical fruit, caramel, nuts, toast and a saline touch in the long finish

Easily the surprise of this holiday!
