  Colour: clear pale translucent cherry
  Nose: clean, secondary, youthful. Black and red cherry, pomegranate. Strawberry stewed in balsamic. Dark cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon. Cedar?
  Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, low tannins, medium alcohol (13,5%), medium bodied. Medium length finish, medium intensity. Black and red cherry, pomegranate. Strawberry stewed in balsamic. Dark cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon. Cedar? Touch of medicinal bitterness, but not unpleasant.
  Conclusions: good. Can drink now, but suitable for ageing or further ageing.
