Appearance: Pale Lemon Nose: Medium(+) intensity; aromas of citrus (lemon, lime), floral (jasmine, citrus blossom), green fruits (yellow apple, ripe pear), peach, stale bread, minerals, wet stones, salt, and chalk. Palate: Dry, med(+) acid, med bodied with a oily/waxy and bitter texture, med alcohol, med intensity, and med finish. Flavors of citrus (bitter orange peel, lemon pith), floral (citrus blossom), tropical fruits (passion fruit, lychee), peach, ripe pear, dried herbs, minerals, wet stones, almond, and chalk. Quality: Very good. Despite the lack of a long finish and the intensity of the palate not matching the nose, the wine has a fresh, lively, concentrated, primary flavor profile that marries well with the interesting savory earth flavors of minerals, stones, salt, and chalk. Apparent signs of winemaking influence (secondary flavors) are not obvious, indicating that this is a style of wine meant to be enjoyed while the primary flavors are fresh, lively, and abundant. Aging: Not suitable for Bottle Aging. While the wine could develop tertiary flavors of almonds, toasted nuts, and honey, this is at risk of losing the fresh primary flavors of citrus blossom, ripe pear, and lemon

Medium body; lemon, white peach, faint apple. Moderate acidity medium white peach finish. Needs a bit more acidity to come into focus.
