Doing very well. The best of the four bottles I have had. Some sour cherry and tobacco on the nose. Nice fruit up front with nice balance and good finish. Would not wait that much longer, however.

Lots of black currant, raspberry and cherry. Quite jammy in the mouth, but lacking a little balance. Was too big for the pork tenderloin and an odd pairing with the wild boar. Not sure what a good pairing would be here.

(Talbott Pinot Noir Case Sleepy Hollow Vineyard) Tasty, sappy tart strawberry and red fruit with good acidity and depth, and minerality; medium finish 92+ pts.
