  ((Day 3)) - color: dark purple; nose: dark fruit (plum, cherry); taste: medium-bodied, velvety, fruit-driven taste, moderate tannins and acidity, medium-long finish; overall: alluring, well-balanced yum, crazy-good QPR ($13.81), drinking fine as of February 2024 and with enough in the tank to carry it for at least another three years -- kudos to Chateau du Bergey and Garagiste!
