PnP. Medium translucent ruby, no sign of age. Effusive nose, white flowers, hint of creamsicle that got bigger the longer it was in the glass. Palate medium-minus bodied, lush across the middle of the palate, nice fruit, balanced but still could use a bit more time to come together. Hint of bitterness on tip of tongue on the finish, in a nice way. Juiciness, bit of acidity on the finish. Lingering, medium-plus finish. After an hour, still big creamsicle on the nose. Still long finish, shortened a bit on the palate, fruit receded a bit after an hour. Long drinking window ahead!

Gave it a 30-40 minute decant which really helped it to openand it was heaven out of a bottle! A very smooth Pinot with plenty of cherry/red fruit. Just a hint or tartness on the backend. Had a lovely finish. Will wait until sometime in 2025 to have another of this vintage. It has set the bar for this vineyard and it’ll be interesting to see how the other vintages in the cellar compare. One of the best from WS and the Anderson Valley!

Perfumed red fruit and dried flower aromas with notes of orange zest and mint. Smooth sour red cherry flavor with a stemmy finish. Decently well balanced, but the finish is lackluster and slightly bitter. Lean and less generous fruit profile. Hopefully this will improve with time. Hold.

Wine Rating Methodology 96-100: One of the most enjoyable wines I have ever tasted. I would not hesitate to open this wine for any Master of Wine. 91-95: Extremely enjoyable wine that I would drink and buy again. Fantastic to open up for those who appreciate wine. 85-90: Decent to good wine. Weekday bottle you don’t feel guilty about not finishing. Below 85: would not drink or buy again. ***Price of wine vs. enjoyment (value) is taken into consideration ***I do not provide tasting notes as everyone’s palate is different and will have a different experience.

Really great pinot. Very smooth and easy to drink. Soft on the front and a little tart fruit on the finish
