  Dark salmon/ orange color
  Medium aromas of strawberry /watermelon rind and white pepper notes
  Medium bodied with slightly oily mouthfeel - strawberry and pepper
  Medium plus acidity with medium alcohol and mild tannins
  Moderate finish led by fruit and acid
  Well structured rose - could probably age 2-3 yrs but drinking very well now

  Two years later and found this lost bottle. Drinking pretty much as it was before. Very nice

  Pear, honeydew, black pepper, orange pith, watermelon. Crisp when chilled but cloyingly sweet on the finish as it came up to room temperature.

  Russk. Viniferatu below has it mostly right, with peppercorn and cherry cordial. A bit to much sweetness for my taste. Later dumped. Note to self. I often don't like the peppercorn notes in Pineau d'Aunis.
