Light golden straw. Light apple nose Bright green apple flavors with a hint of lime. Fairly sweet, a hint of gas noticeable on the palate. Acidity is barely holding on; likely in decline but soft and lovely and as we say, “sufig”

Very nice and quite typical for the region. Green apple Mosel-ly fruit. Quality is very evident here. The auslese level of RS is about as sweet as I would want with a meal, but it still works with Thai food. Very subtle carbonation. This is slightly shy on acid and probably in decline.

great qpr. light for its year and weight. showing clean apple and pear. no sign of botrytis. color is very light - younger than even expected. white peach, deep fruit. with time - more acidity on the finish but also sweeter mid. aging well and bit young to show its class but quite delicious.

German Riesling's and Vietnamese food (NYC NAM): Effervescent, spritz on the nose and palate along with a good amount of sulfer as well. Stinky nose. After sitting in the glass the wine mellowed slightly but the stink lingered around. Good fruit but where's the acidity. I am glad I don't have 1 single bottle of 2003 German wine in my cellar after tasting the trio below.
