  Decanted for an hour then over th course of another hour or more of drinking with dinner. A rich dark plum garnet hue. A jammy nose with hints of sage and light florals. A fun Super Tuscan blend of 50/50 sangiovese and cab sauv. Compared to Italian Super Tuscans, this California terroir ST blend has the quinticential Del Dotto big jammy fruit signature while still remaining interesting with a savory finish. Drink or hold.
