  Brought to Xavier94’s party. Decanted the magnum and taken across town. Beautiful condition and held up well for hours. Happy to have another mag of this but no rush to drink it.

  (G. Prieur) Tasted out of Magnum (1.5L) over my Birthday weekend. This was a fantastic treat with none of the ‘83 light color/heavy filtering issue well-documented in this vintage. Dark ruby/garnet, actually with a rich, deep cherry nose of sous bois, plenty of Beaune earth, manure and leather come through with plenty of richness and expression. Quite ample and rich with apparent but not aggressive tannin. Impressive stuff!! A very generous Birthday gift from a friend! Thank you
