Transparent wine with red berries, herbs and cherries in the bouquet. On the palate juicy red berries, fresh acidity, cherries, some herbs and a touch of bitterness. Ok wine, without being complex.

Fresh, precise, mineral. Ripe raspberry, strawberry, pepper. Medium bodied with clear acidity and subtle, fine tannic structure.
It’s an elegant Grenache, juicy and refreshing on the palate with an inner depth - a specific style which works well slightly chilled. I’m generally looking for more richness and breadth when I open a bottle of Grenache but this does its own thing quite nicely.
Grown at 800m facing North, vinified and aged in concrete.

N....simple nose, some red black fruit, alc, wood; intense enough.
T...opened too young at 4 yrs old, if I had another bottle I wouldn't be touching it until 7 or 8 yrs old; very dry style, screams Food; tannins are obvious but not annoyingly grippy/mouth-puckering (are they 'chalky'?); good power and length and concentration; smooth and easy for such a dry wine; the cellar potential is clear. Mouth-feel seems L-Med body.
Coffee and bitter chocolate, plus a savoury impression, emerged after 30 mins in the decanter.
VFMoney?....easily worth it's £16.50 retail, feels around £20.00, will buy again in reportedly good seasons.

Smooth red fruits, some tartness. Lovely and long.
