淡宝石红偏紫色，闻香有草莓一类的红果香气，水果糖，石灰气息，和些许甜香料味。从闻上去感觉应该是一款很新的酒，年份有点热，有点像最近喝的一些2019年的勃艮第。入口酸度中高，单宁细腻几乎感觉不到，酒液咸，收口甜美，新鲜红果，紫罗兰，后段辛辣，有轻微酒精感，余味红果，木质香气，漂亮的香草味和胭脂香料。酒还非常新，但有着不错的平衡，口感扎实。
