  Smooth and velvety with slightly tart black and blue fruit and moderate tannins for sufficient backbone. Long finish of fresh blackberries and dark chocolate notes. I have always enjoyed the blends that Behrens produces and this is a great example of the synergies that can be achieved (80% Cab, 10% P. Verdot, 10% Merlot).
