Nice polished ruby in colour with typical Gevrey notes of cherry, musk, and leather. Great balance with adequate acidity for another 5 or so years of bottle age. Actually, this wine really fleshed out after about 5 hours of air, a testimate to it's future. A bit pricy for the quality but it's Cote de Nuits afterall.

Cherries in bloom, sous bois; pure, light, balanced, pleasant, but somewhat lacking in grip
