I could smell the nice floral component as I poured it into the glass. The fruit is citrusy on the nose, with a noticeable rosy perfume note. No oak detectable in the bouquet. Very rich on the tongue for an oak-less white, with surprising body in the mid-palate. Powerful acidity is with you throughout the finish, but no harshness as the wine smoothly goes down. The minerals play nicely with the lemon and orange that is the fruit, and there is almost a melon or peach to be detected as well, thought it is very dry. Just looking for a quick bottle with dinner, but surprised by the quality of this one.

On the nose I found aromas of melon, lemon (ooooh, anagrams), lime, honeydew, orange blossom, and citrus. I wanted to jump in and swim in the glass based on the aroma alone. In the mouth I got flavors of grapefruit, lemon, citrus, green apple, and wet stone.
Overall, I thought the wine had a great mineral characteristic. In the mouth, I found it to be tart, dry, and refreshing, with good acidity. I'd serve this with a light white fish in place of my normal choice of Sauvignon Blanc.

More acid that usual Oregon pinot gris, quite adaptable and food friendly. May want to try with spicy asian fare.
