Very light in color. First nose of lemon and tropical flowers with some minerality. Second nose opens up with more of the same along with honeysuckle and lime zest.
Light on the palate. Slightly sweet and tangy.

Really nice Pinot Grigio. Balanced with medium biddy. Stone fruit, & light notes of apricot and lycee. Touch of sweetness but still some crispness. Pairs well with chicken & richer white fish & shrimp. Paired with scallops but a dryer Sauvignon Blanc with more acidity would have been a better choice
