semillon-sb clear, lemon, light intensity, color true to rim nose: med intensity, peach, apricat, ripe white fleshed fruit, fresh floral dry, acid is med, tannin zero, body med+, alc med, finish med note: this was blind tasted and though obviously from a warm region, I was under the impression it was a varietal not a blend. Guesses ran to ripe grape growing areas such as Argentina. It's a good wine for the price and palate, but that's it.

51% Sauvignon Blanc, 49% Semillon. Appearance: clear, pale yellow. Nose: light cat pee and grass. Palate: Dry. Very tingly on the front of the palate. Marked acidity and tartness dominates the palate experience and results in an unbalanced wine. The tartness makes the mouth water. Fruit is having difficulty expressing itself, though the tartness comes close to lemon. Semillon is almost non-expressive as well. Might tame out with some cheese or creamy foods. Overall unpleasant. 12.5% alco Screw (D 6, F 3; Pine)
