  Nose: The nose is fragrant and fresh with green apples, pears, almonds, peaches, acacia flowers, biscuits, toast, and baking spices. This has some lovely and straightforward tones, but it lacks some depth within the wider Guiborat lineup.
  
  Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with tart, high acidity. The freshness of the nose carries through on the feel with green apples, pears, peaches, almonds, acacia flowers, biscuits, and baking spices.
  
  Overall: This is a nice and fresh Blanc de Blancs. It is fairly straightforward and balanced, but lacks depth across the nose and palate.
