  Don’t drink too cold, give some air and enjoy! Slight cloudiness (by design) quite thin in the glass, but full of soft white fruit on the nose. In the mouth it packs a great fruit punch, with a hint of acidity and a lovely salty note at the end. I tossed a glass into the chicken juices to make a stunning gravy and enjoyed a few glasses with the meal, worked perfectly. Love Peter Logan’s ideas and love his wine more!
