  Day 1:
  Pale lemon.
  Medium lemon and fresh green apples in the nose. Youthful.
  Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol & body, medium lemon, green apples & minerality in the mouth, medium+ finish.
  Very good, can drik now but potential for further aging.
  Very clean, pure & precise. Appear a bit neutral now, but level of acidity & fruit in perfect balance combined with concentration makes me believe that this will improve as more complex mature notes develop.
  Day 3:
  Absolut wonderful. Less neutral and more developed but still in perfect balance. Increasing my rating to 89...

  Nice and fresh, but totally indistinct. Not much flavor. Would be great on a Piazza cafe but not much else.

  After several bottles this one is the first not to live up to my past tasting note. While I can't rate as flawed it is not up to standard; tasting mostly acidic and not a lot else. The wine was smooth showing plenty of malolactic fermentation.

  Intense and interesting white from this much under appreciated grape. Punchy acidity, tight yellow orchard fruits, a nutty bitterness and a bunch of green herbs. Persistent mineral mineral driven finish.
  
  Good now but definitely potential for aging. i'dd like to see the nuttiness develop.

  Dry but has some sweet fruit flavors. Has nice acidity and has significant malo-lactic fermentation. A very nice daily white. Drinks well by itself and goes with food.
