  It’s a pale golden yellow. Nose is lime zest and oil, some deeper tropical fruits behind the scenes, weak honey and light warmth. Lime oil opens the flavours too, pith and controlled but slightly puckering acidity. Sweetness is somewhere but very faint. Very young but has structure and quality. Very nice and will do well with time.
