Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 86 points

  • After 30 min in the glass, color is a dusty dark ruby, 90% saturated. Nose is profound, full of pepper and capsicum, earth, licorice, and oily garage floor. Palate is dry and grippy, medium-big bodied. Plum and tart cherry fruit along with the crisp peppers with notes of American oak. Second day was not much better. The components are nice but not really all working together as it probably will in a couple years. Clean, medium length finish and overall, is very Rhone like. (4+11+15+6) = 86
