Med viscosity, full body, notes of stone fruit (tangerine), palate full of acidity, some honeysuckle, lemon, smooth finish.
Winemaker Notes Le Paradou Viognier is produced from vines on rocky hillsides located in the foothills of the Cévennes between Montpellier and Nîmes. Planted on porous, limestone soils originating from the Jurassic period, these vines result in a mineral Viognier with bright acidity. It is aged entirely in tank to retain the freshness and purity. Produced from vines at an average altitude of 200 meters.
