Two hour decant. Red fruit/berries and herbs. Medium body. Bright acidity. Soft tannins. Paired well with red sauce spaghetti. Value wine ($19) that is not particularly interesting.

Uncorked and poured, this medium ruby-colored wine remains red fruit-dominated, with supporting notes of tobacco, dried earth and allspice. Medium-bodied, fresh, softly oaked and with well-integrated alcohol (14%), it stays solid on the mid-palate and concludes with a medium-length finish. A year in the cellar has been beneficial to this wine, as the tannins are now quite supple in texture. Enjoy it at any time over the next three years. Give it an hour of air if possible. Drink 2023-2026.
