Great texture, ripe, fine tannins, raspberries and cherries, lots of earthiness adding complexity, tea leaves, potpourri, clove and spices, hint of cigar box and mocha.

Beef’s note nailed it… Exact same drinking experience.. While enjoyable, not a bottle I would buy again I have a different year of their sisters vineyard wine I will compare to in due time

reduction on open which did not fully blow off. Nose is muted and slightly barnyardy, more towards non-fruit aromas of spice and florals, but what fruit is there is darker. On the palate, nice mix of darker fruit and spice, nice mid-palate life and reasonable long pleasant finish with acidity and tannins felt in

Medium bodied, ruby colored. Raspberry and earth, with just a hint of spice. Coats the palate, but only at the front. Dusty tannins fairly prominent, so lots of time before peak. Really nice to drink, though!

Opened the bottle a hour early. Crayon, earth, red cherry, cola and a touch of new oak. Light tannins. Med finish. I decanted for 30 min after the first glass but this didn't budge. Decent PN but not at this price point. Never really came around though it did show best with some roasted sweet potatoes. Maybe I had it too young.
