This Trinity’s Mourvèdre was good, but not the best year for Trinitas - we’ve had several varietals that lean toward “burnt” flavors, whether a style choice or a soil response to ash and wildfires, not sure, but clearly present. That said, the grape still had presence and boldness, and the right flavors came forward as the bottle had time. Certainly would buy again, but a different vintage.
