Very aromatic, quince ginger starfruit honeydew lemon curd with lovely tropical petrichor musk. Medium body and medium length with some anise on the mineral finish. Exceptional balance. 93+ maybe more with cellaring

My new favorite oyster wine. This has the combination of minerality, lemon zest, salinity, and even some roundness somehow. Fabulous juice! (And yes, we did even have oysters)

Intoxicating stuff. There are some grand cru Chablis that don't pull off the combination of minerality and acidity in a surprisingly full, rounded body that Alberto Orte manages to capture here. Not unlike some of the high end aged Albariños out there from the likes of Fillaboa or Raul Perez.

A very unique experience. The combination of acidity, minerality, fruit and salt is breathtakingly tasty!

Pineapple (more the canned variety than the fresh one), a little bruised apple, and a good amount of acidity to balance them. Really enjoy this wine.
