Community Tasting Notes (2)

  • Vineyard Character:

100% Lencioni Vineyard. Planted in 2005 on loamy soil. 5.5 acres in a horseshoe shape, part of which is on a fairly steep hillside. Several blocks of two different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon (337 and 191). Vertical Shoot Position (VSP).

    Tasting Notes

Dark fruit, black olive notes supported by fine-grained tannin on entry. Tannin persists through to the finish where acidity carries flavors to a long finish. Will age beautifully for 10-15 years.
