According to the label code (brown indicates negotiant) this bottle is made from purchased grapes. The grapes are fermented sur lie and see 10-25% new French Oak. My guess leans toward 10%. Color is a slightly cloudy golden yellow with a ripe, rich fruity nose. Taste is racy and brisk. A lot of peach and tart green apple with a hint of nuttiness. Minerals and acidity dominate the medium finish. Great with fish--no surprise--but also a decent solo sipper. Well worth seeking out.
