  An absolute supernova, as expected. Leflaive is on fire lately and this is a superb example. Huge concentration and extract but with the acidity and structure to keep things harmonious. Very proper--an example of what I'd show folks wanting to understand what White Burg should taste like. This was enormously impressive and an immense crowd-pleaser for wine geeks and laypeople alike.

  2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Expressive energetic nose displaying pure white fruit, pear, white peach, apple, honeysuckle, saline, beeswax, white flowers, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Excellent concentration, beautifully layered pure white fruit, excellent focnust and precision, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral, and a long pure energetic white fruit driven floral finish. I seem to slightly prefer the 19. This needs to settle in all fairness.
